Planet Marz – Checkout Términos y Condiciones

1. Orders & Payments

• We accept PayPal, debit/credit cards, and Apple Pay.

• Payments are taken at the time of order.

2. Shipping & Insurance (UK Orders)

• Standard Tracked: Insured up to £20 – 3–5 working days

• Tracked 24: Insured up to £150 – 1–2 working days (recommended for items > £20)

• Royal Mail Special Delivery: Insured up to £750 – next working day (recommended for items > £150)

It is the customer’s responsibility to select the shipping method that meets their insurance needs. Planet Marz cannot be held responsible for loss or damage exceeding the insured amount.

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days (excluding preorders). Delivery may be delayed during public holidays, bank holidays, and Christmas periods.

International Orders: Shipped via FedEx. Coverage and claims are subject to FedEx policies.

3. Returns & Refunds

• UK law provides a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt of goods.

• Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.

• Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

4. Product Condition

• New & Factory-Sealed Items: May show minor cosmetic imperfections; factory variations are not defects.

• Used, Vintage & Retro Items: May show wear, age, or handling marks; sold as-is.

5. Liability

• Planet Marz is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

• Responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier once dispatched.
